No Parking?

So, I noticed several of these signs over the past few days and well, I was confused. It didn’t say no parking, even though it really looked like some kind of sign you really shouldn’t park in front of. (You never know what the city will give you a ticket for these days and I think everyone is a little on edge because of all the ridiculous tickets.) I wondered who the hell is Mike Genovese and why he get to put his name on the sign. I did my research and discovered that this was an art project. Kudos to Mr. Genovese for eluding the drivers in Chicago and perhaps messing with the ticketers of this town.
